Kick Boxing

Traditional Kick boxing Classes

Our classes are a traditional 3 minute kick boxing rounds with a 30 second break between rounds. Rounds include Bag work, Focus Mitt drills Shadow boxing, Non contact sparring, Skipping, Running, Push Ups, Sit Ups.

The classes are a fully structured class that will teach you correct boxing and kick boxing technique while making sure every participant in the class is putting in 100% effort every round.

The class is suitable for all ages 16 and above
The class is suitable for both males and females
The class is suitable for all sizes large and small and all fitness levels
The class is suitable for boxercise enthusiasts
