Our classes are a traditional 3 minute kick boxing rounds with a 30 second
break between rounds. Rounds include Bag work, Focus Mitt drills Shadow
boxing, Non contact sparring, Skipping, Running, Push Ups, Sit Ups.
The classes are a fully structured class that will teach you correct
boxing and kick boxing technique while making sure every participant in the class is
putting in 100% effort every round.
The class is suitable for all ages 16 and above
